Who can enter the promotion?

The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve purchased your schooner, pint or jug of XXXX and scanned your QR code but the website isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

What are you doing with my data?

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1. purchase a schooner, pint or jug (to share) of XXXX Gold from any venue displaying promotional material (“Participating Venues”) and collect a game card (while stocks last); and
2. scan the unique QR code on the game card to access the promotional website and follow the prompts to provide the requested details (including your date of birth, mobile, first name, last name, email address & postcode) and (optional) select the tick-box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter.

Under the pop panel of the game card that the bar staff will hand you after purchasing a schooner, pint or jug of XXXX.

How many times can I enter the promotion?

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

1. maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day; and

each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

How do I find out if I’m a winner?

Provisional winners will be notified immediately if they have won on screen upon entry form submission.

How do I receive my prize?

To redeem the prize, the winner must follow the instructions provided in the winning notification by 17/11/23.

Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. We will not give you notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the XXXX voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
